Ray Davis is the founder and host of Inside The Records Room. He has been in the Information Management Profession for over 25 years.
He started in the profession in 1991 for a banking organization in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ray oversaw the operations of their information management program, taking it from an in-house program servicing 28 locations in 1991 to a fully out-sourced program servicing 1,200+ with locations from Maine to Florida before he left.
Ray also has a background in Strategic Sourcing which assists him in the Information Management process as vendor evaluation and selection is a key to operating a successful program.
Ray serves on the Board of Trustees for the ARMA International Educational Foundation, is on the Board of Directors for the Liberty Bell Chapter of ARMA, and is on the ARMA Mid-Atlantic Region Team Board.

Jeff Glover is the co-host of Inside The Records Room. Jeff works in the financial services industry as an operations manager. In his role, Jeff oversees production and support functions for return items processing and statements. He also leads efforts to ensure regulatory compliance as well as the identification and remediation of risk.
Before working in the private sector, Jeff served on the faculty of the Economics Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he taught and supported a state level economic forecast.
Jeff holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
